      Pros

      Over a decade and a half at one company speaks for itself! Great working environment with a strong sense of pride in the work we do. This is a national corporation and the strength of that is shown in operation but each territory is managed locally and still has that small town family run business feel.

      Cons

      I put this on myself not the company: due to a drive to support our team and customers, I spend a fair amount of time outside of working hours working remotely (from home and such). This is not something that hourly employees need to be concerned about.

      I’ve had a very positive experience with Ellison Technologies so far. One of the standout aspects was the hiring process. It was impressively fast, and the team kept me informed at every step, which made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. The onboarding process was also very well organized. I felt welcomed right away and had everything I needed to get up to speed quickly. It’s clear the company puts effort into setting new employees up for success. The work environment is friendly and collaborative. People are approachable, and there’s a strong sense of respect across teams. I especially appreciate that there’s no micromanagement. Leadership trusts employees to do their jobs and values their skills and expertise. That level of trust creates a more positive and productive workplace.
