      My time here gave me enough experience and skills to be better at what I do.

      Cons

      The company promises a career path for employees but management’s biased and unfair! The nepotism, discrimination, and blatant favoritism made it impossible for us who have no management connections! So stop dreaming and avoid keeping your hopes up cause you won’t get that promotion!

      Of course, we're very sorry to hear this. As a former IT specialist, the statements made are curious as the majority of the IT team are part of minority groups including our manager of end user support (who was promoted into that role). Again, we certainly take these statements seriously and are saddened to hear them.

      I’ve had a very positive experience with Ellison Technologies so far. One of the standout aspects was the hiring process. It was impressively fast, and the team kept me informed at every step, which made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. The onboarding process was also very well organized. I felt welcomed right away and had everything I needed to get up to speed quickly. It’s clear the company puts effort into setting new employees up for success. The work environment is friendly and collaborative. People are approachable, and there’s a strong sense of respect across teams. I especially appreciate that there’s no micromanagement. Leadership trusts employees to do their jobs and values their skills and expertise. That level of trust creates a more positive and productive workplace.
