I spent last week in Corporate Office and am amazed at how many employees are related to one another. It seems many kids of executives get hired, no matter their skill, and there is a shocking number of employees who are married to one another. I am a relatively new employee with plenty of work experience and this is a huge difference. There seems to be a high percentage of people who have never worked anywhere else in the course of their careers.
