Pros
Good benefits. Nice workout facility. Used to have a good leader in Bruce Kelley.
Cons
Company culture has changed to profits over people with the new management team in place. They advance people based on longevity with the company and technical knowledge, instead of who would be a good leader. They provide little leadership training. Very slow to make changes when needed. Diversity was pretty much a joke, at least all of the years I was with EMC.
