Pros
It was a nice shop to begin your career. Midwest values. Nepotistic and good old boy culture in full force, enterprise wide. With new CEO, expect many positions to become outsourced. Pay is low because they feel their benefits (health insurance) are superior to others. The health is good but nothing extraordinary for a 20 something who would rather make $10K a year more.
