Pros
Good pay and great retirement benefits (401k and pension). Just updated the bonus program to give more to employees. Solid management group in the claims dept with good training. They lead training sessions which I think shows great hands on leadership. Claims is a tough job but here they make it manageable
Cons
Medical insurance is ok, higher out of pocket than I was used to at prior job. Switching claims management systems so working out the kinks but they're getting there!
