Not much to do on remote jobs.

Freedom to work your own hours as long as you get your work done and complete 40hrs.

DBE company so work could be in undesirable areas with crime ridden areas. Lack of employees to meet unattainable work schedules to get projects done on time and on budget. High employee turn over so we relied on coworkers coming in from Wausau to train and help on projects.
