Beware - Customer Service Representative EMPLOYERS Employee Review

The training and trainers are horrible. They talk to trainees like as if they are their equals. They do not give opportunities to the trainees to get better at the practices to learn the system. They have a winging out process from the get go. They can afford to do that. Also, if you do not fit in, be ready to get fired. Additionally, I experienced agism there.
