Pros

401k with a match (after one year of service ). Decent benefits. Very interesting industry. Convenient location in Exton, near the mall and great restaurants. Great starting place for a recent grad with 0 experience.

Cons

Morale is horrible and management is inconsistent. Some weeks you feel so incredibly micromanaged and other weeks you aren't even sure if the managers are in the office. Meetings about meetings and nothing ever gets accomplished. The software is covered in so many band-aides (it actually makes the healthcare market place website look good). I think it's funny that they obviously had a small marketing blitz on glassdoor to write a few positive reviews... right after a large layoff for a company this size. Not to mention that they are now changing their solution/company name( perfect timing). People just are not happy here, and management has no idea what to do about it. It's a shame they do not utilize their employees the right way, since they do have (and had) some great people who are/were underutilized.

Pros

Small company with hard working employees who really do want to help the company succeed. Mostly supportive team members and the company does have connections with Federal and State Government customers. Good work life balance and ability to work remotely was a plus. I worked full time from the west coast while the company was based out of East coast.

Cons

Poorly developed products that don't meet customer needs. Big promises with weak delivery and support for customers. Management is clueless and does not take advice of the people who know the product, customers and the work. The company will go all out and blow the budget for marketing and advertising of their products and has no idea what to do after that. It pretends to know what their customer wants, but when reality sets in, customers usually end up disappointed and frustrated with their product support. Management never listens to the sales people and medical consultants and improvement and continues to do business the same as they always have. There is no growth in this company. Nice place to start out, but leave the first opportunity you get.
