Pros
Stable environment. Employees tend to stay with the company. Get along great with the people I directly work with in my department. Overall a real team atmosphere. There is a lot of opportunity to learn and as long as you work hard
Cons
Schedule is not consistent and can change weekly. On call after hours and weekend support required but offsite and on a rotation so you don't have to do it every week. The Health insurance offered to normal employees is not great
