Pros
The only good thing about this company is the few people who make it tolerable. Company is solid and stable. Definitely growing. Not counting the numerous changes they make that negatively affect the employees.
Cons
Super low pay, horrible health package. Maximum 22 vacation days a year no matter how long you've been there. Management is a joke. They will say one thing and do another. Completely unreliable, inexperienced, and unappreciative. They're all about numbers so they overwork you like a robot. No end of year bonus, just a sad $25 gift card and company luncheon with a budget of $28 per person for the holidays.
