Pros
Somewhat flexible hours. Raises are OK but the pay starts out so low it doesn't amount to much. Casual dress code.
Cons
Beware of this company, they will not mention to you in the interview that you have to sign a document saying that if you quit within 2 years of your training that you have to pay them $1500. They will wait until you are working there for several months and tell you you have to sign the document or you will be fired! Very shady practice. Management is a joke. Corporate are on vacation almost constantly so nothing gets down. My coworkers were bizarre and management does nothing about harassment. Racism, discrimination, petty gossip and the like all run rampant. My manager asked me if I was being harassed by another coworker and then ran and told my coworker everything I had said without doing anything to stop her bullying! She then turned around and told me personal information about my coworker about her such as her salary and family life; this is very unprofessional and a horrible practice. Management acts like they're doing you a favor when you are raking in the dough for them! The company hasn't even been brought into the 21st century as half of data is still done on paper. Additionally analysts have little supervision so a lot of the data is faked. The company is too cheap to hire cleaners so all of the buildings are filthy. If you are a hardworking individual who is passionate about getting the job done right then you will not fit in here. Management spends most of the day playing on their phone while paying their employees dirt wages to do all the work. AVOID!!!!
