Pros
Not many. Great coworkers in many branch labs who are unappreciated
Cons
Everything. Management is exceptionally poor, nepotism is rampant, they prefer women not to be in management roles, overtime is forced, workload is impossible to get done, no raises, health, vacation and 401k are all jokes. I left the company and work for a competitor and am making almost double with bosses that appreciate me. Avoid this company at all costs. I heard from a current employee that the owner sent a mass email in may 2016 asking employees to write fake 5 staff reviews on here to up the companies rating.
