Pros
- Very Flexible hours, a time off request or personal day has never been denied regardless of lab staffing. Management is very flexible and accommodating - Ample opportunities to cross train at branch lab locations, allows for incredible career development - Overtime and bonus structure is lucrative, if you are willing to work the hours you can make nearly as much as you want - Relaxed atmosphere, no dress code short of typical laboratory safety requirements.
Cons
- Starting pay is less than average - Experiences seem to vary from location to location, I recommend communicating with a current employee of the location you wish to work at before making a commitment.
