Pretty much everything else. It's a family run company and they do not care about their employees in the slightest. The pay is not competitive and the benefits are absolutely awful. They profess to care about quality but they obviously don't. They just care about how many samples you can pump out. And if you so try really hard it will get you nowhere. Last but certainly not least, the safety of dealing with asbestos is not taken seriously. Don't bother complaining to HR because they are part of "the family". I worked here for four years and now I work for a real company. The difference is astonishing.
