If you are someone who enjoys taking on responsibilities and working consistantly you can have a healthy career at EMSL and the top performers can be promoted quickly. Company is very good at working with staff for schedules and lab interests where possible and is very fair to all employees.
Cons
Clients can be demanding and you will be faced with multiple priorities and deadlines. With experience and time here these are however much easier to deal with and certainly less stressful.
