Upper management demeaning, very secretive, distant with their employees, not genuine at all. They smile at your face but will stab you in the back when you turn around. They cannot be trusted. There is no communication between them, their employees and HR. HR has no clue of what is happening with the company. If you ask them they look dumbfounded. Benefits are horrible. If you get a promotion expect to be demoted after a time.
