Pros
NOTHING good about this company. Very bad company to work for. I am so happy that I am not working there. I could sense that this is a terrible company to work in. No good benefits, no future , not a good health insurance. Basically its a sweat shop. I don't have any single word to talk about pros.
Cons
Management is a joke. They are all related to each other. You will never get paid unless and until you are related to Fresca guy ... No proper training given to the local managers either. These managers are made by the upper management overnight. If it's possible I will give a zero and No star at all. They do huge discrimination based on race, gender and age. These 5 stars reviews are done by management. They send employees to rate them hire.
