"Groupthink" is in full effect with senior management. Chastised behind closed doors for offering any ideas towards improvement, even when specifically asked. Senior Management team out of touch with how the company operates on a day to day basis, zero maintenance on processes which no longer make business sense and procedures which are extremely outdated. Unrealistic expectations and conflicting directives placed on employees using old technology limits their ability to meet those expectations. Work hard not smart to make sense of a disjointed system is the unspoken mantra of this company.
