Pros
In the beginning I had flexibility, but that changed with a so called promotion. Every lab is run differently and the managers have no rights only corporate holds the power.
Cons
Keeps the industry pay low, wants college grads to work for peanuts. Makes people feel like slaves, wants high numbers but then makes you do Stupid things that impose on the time you had to analyze.
