Pros
Great resources and well established foundation Upper management is friendly, sincere, and recognizes the importance of their employees The manager at my location is EXTREMELY knowledgeable and a good person. He doesn’t micromanage and is easy to work with. HR and QC department from my perspective ate really on top of their game Constant improvement isn’t mentioned as far as I can tell; however, EMSL is definitely always working to improve Analysts are not overworked like at MANY competing labs
Cons
With pay increases across the country at jobs where minimum wage used to be the norm but has now been elevated significantly, pay for entry analysts needs to be increased to stay competitive
