Pros

The pay is okay. Paid time off for full-time employees. Benefits available.

Cons

That being said, the employee pays close to 70% for their medical benefits. You have to beg to get get time off. The company's business model make sense as long as you think of it as a Third World sweat shop. The more work you do, the more they pile it on. They thrive on burning out their employees because they can just hire a new person that doesn't know any better. There is absolutely no way to advance within the company unless you are related to someone or are a favored pet of a manager. They say you can cross train to earn a raise but you are never given the time and resources to do so.No pay raises for the past year and half, firings and reduction in hours at the beginning of 2010, but Corporate emailed pictures of the brand new corporate headquarters with "gold chairs" in the break room and, of course, new equipment .

Pros

Great bosses, structured support from corporate office, workload is manageable compared to other labs I’ve worked for, overall culture is good

Cons

Benefits and pay aren’t great, particularly the benefits, they’re a little pricey and outside of preventative care, don’t cover enough imho, 401k is very low to where it’s almost nonexistent

Pros

Company allows all employees overtime

Cons

Racist head of maintenance, dysfunctional management, zero organization, HR violations constantly. The amount of times I was cursed and yelled at by older analysts was insane.
