Pros
-Your direct coworkers are the best part of the job. -The PTO can be good especially if you stay long enough because you get your allotment of days at the start of the year.
Cons
-They're stuck in the past and think their current pay set up is still as good as it was back in the day. It's not competitive in the industry and they won't adjust for inflation. Raises are a joke. -There are very few women/bipoc in positions of power within the company especially on the side of the lab, depending on department. It can be very hard to get your work recognized with a title or adequate pay. There will be snide comments made behind closed-doors by management that you hear about later on so there is no way to prove it. Go read some of the reviews on inhersight.com -They overwork their employees and then wonder why employees don't stay. Managers can't or won't hire to replace those that leave or to help handle any increased workload. Suggestions to make things better or criticisms of their plans to handle work will not be taken seriously.
