You are easily and very quickly run down and used, especially considering the terrible low pay. Upper management speaks ill of the majority of workers behind their backs. HR does not care about the wellbeing of employees, literally only there to smile in your face & pretend to. Well-deserved promotions do not come easy, and once you finally do get one, the raise is comical. Too much experience or education is required for certain titles, when you end up doing the exact same thing for less pay.
