Pros
- Fellow co-workers were (mostly) great and we had some great clients. - The work is fairly easy once you get the hang of it, but is super repetitive and gets boring. - 10 PTO days available to use immediately and you get and additional 5 more days every year - Yearly raises (but don't get too excited. it's at the discretion of upper management)
Cons
- Literally everything else - Horrible benefits, no separate sick time - Getting a same-day notice of termination after 3 years of service. They sent someone out of the blue to tell us they were closing our lab effective immediately and we were basically told to kick rocks. No negotiating any kind of severance pay and no paying out unused PTO unless you agreed to sign some BS Non-Disparagement Agreement (lol) - Upper management (AKA regional managers and La Famiglia over at Corporate) will actively work to destroy any goodwill you think they might have built. - You will be overworked, underpayed, and underappreciated by upper management. They have NO interest in retaining their employees.
