Hello, A big thank you for your positive feedback regarding our purpose-driven mission and collegial culture! We are delighted to know that these essential aspects of our "Transition Maker" spirit met your expectations. Regarding your suggestion to enhance technical skillsets, we would like to highlight that ENGIE is committed to professional development. In 2025, 90% of our employees received training, with a goal of 100% by 2030. We have also launched several Business Academies (Renewables, Networks, Digital & Data, etc.) to specifically strengthen the expertise of our teams in the energy transition. We would be thrilled to see you collaborate with us again in the future. Feel free to follow our news and latest opportunities on our social media channels. Warmly, The ENGIE HR Team

Pros

Great PTO benefits, very flexible.

Cons

There are certainly favorites among leadership. If you are on management's good side, you may see opportunities that others won't. Most internal promotions are decided before the job even posts, they just have to go through the formalities of posting/interviewing.
