      Pros

      Easy work, listen to whatever you want, no customer service, great events, green company, and nice people.

      Cons

      The work becomes monotonous and can be pretty boring. Other than that it’s a great job with great growth opportunities into other positions.

      Pros

      The work can be challenging but also fulfilling at the same time and many opportunities and resources to learn. The pay and benefits are a little above average.

      Cons

      The culture has adversely changed where it used to be cooperative but now it is more cut-throat and many things are not communicated properly and an imbalance of responsibility and accountability which is causing conflict. There are many "exceptions".
