Business Outlook
Pros
Great people to work with. Work is challenging at first. Great Benefits. Good WorkLife Balance
Cons
Uninvolved Upper Management. Limited Room for growth. Work becomes tedious, thus a high employee turnover in specific departments. Low pay, not enough to support the standard of living.

Thank you for sharing your concerns regarding room for growth, as candid feedback is very important to ensure we are taking care of our employees and providing equal access to growth and development opportunities to everyone. We wish you the best in your future endeavors.
The work can be challenging but also fulfilling at the same time and many opportunities and resources to learn. The pay and benefits are a little above average.
Cons
The culture has adversely changed where it used to be cooperative but now it is more cut-throat and many things are not communicated properly and an imbalance of responsibility and accountability which is causing conflict. There are many "exceptions".
