      Pros

      Good stability at work. Job is easy and management is the best I ever saw.

      Cons

      Don't have space to grown professionally. Company prefers to hire new employee than see internal talents. Work hours are crazy and the payment is lower than average if compared to other companies.

      Pros

      The work can be challenging but also fulfilling at the same time and many opportunities and resources to learn. The pay and benefits are a little above average.

      Cons

      The culture has adversely changed where it used to be cooperative but now it is more cut-throat and many things are not communicated properly and an imbalance of responsibility and accountability which is causing conflict. There are many "exceptions".
