Pros

- learn by doing - opportunities to get involved in different activities outside your JD - you test your limits (both in a good and bad way) I had the pleasure to meet amazing people, who helped me grow and learn a lot. My coordinator has been the absolute best. She is one of the best leaders i have seen, such an honest, open, kind, down to earth, people oriented and results oriented person. There are some valuable and authentic people at ENGIE.

Cons

- too much bureaucracy - lack of digitalization - processes and way of working very inefficient and heavy - employees in desperate need of mentality change - some frustrated employees and bad managers (it makes you wonder how they even got to stay in the company for so long)
