      Great remuneration and benefits package. Big on training and development. Promote from within the organisation. Global providing opportunities to work abroad.

      Cons

      Head Office pressure to employ French nationals in the UK offices. Some areas of the business rely too heavily on contractors.

      Pros

      The work can be challenging but also fulfilling at the same time and many opportunities and resources to learn. The pay and benefits are a little above average.

      Cons

      The culture has adversely changed where it used to be cooperative but now it is more cut-throat and many things are not communicated properly and an imbalance of responsibility and accountability which is causing conflict. There are many "exceptions".
