Pros

Some very bright people work there who have bags of energy and enthusiasm. Great opportunities to learn and make a difference. Especially in the more impactful entities like ENGIE Energy Access.

Cons

Too many meetings about meetings where too much productive time is spent by people who do not need to be there. Many times a case of meetings where an email will do. Very poor work-life balance.

Hello, and thank you very much for leaving a comment on our page. Regarding the work-life balance, we try to improve and well contribute to it, going first through the remote work when it is feasible. All the best.

Pros

The culture is really good everyone in the control room gets along and there is free food every friday.

Cons

No ways to earn extra money, underpaid, a little micromanaging but not alot, switching/trading shifts instead of just working some else shifts and getting paid for it. You only get paid if someone calls in sick not vacation time
