Pros

Good medical insurance coverage, very premium Work life quite balance

Cons

Typical French style, talking nicely but nothing happened... Global level is very political, some people in senior person spent whole life in Engie, having outdated knowledge and experience, but they don't want to learn from other people who have different experience and exposure. Office politics also quite obvious...

Pros

Great PTO benefits, very flexible.

Cons

There are certainly favorites among leadership. If you are on management's good side, you may see opportunities that others won't. Most internal promotions are decided before the job even posts, they just have to go through the formalities of posting/interviewing.
