ENSCO Response
8yThanks for taking the time to provide this feedback, and I’m sorry that you had a negative experience working for our ENSCO Avionics subsidiary. The subsidiary did have some challenges with sales last year, and I presume this affected the work environment and your personal experience. This year, the Avionics sales pipeline has significantly improved, and this should positively affect the work environment. ENSCO as a whole has always had a very good retention rate and high employee satisfaction (both are well above the industry average based on outside independent surveys). We have many employees who have been with the company for long time. In just the last two months, we celebrated three employees who have been with the company for 35, 40 and 45 years! We offer good benefits, rewarding work, and growth opportunities. We benchmark our salaries against companies of similar size in our industry, and our compensation is competitive. That said, even one dissatisfied employee is one too many. We’re working to improve in the areas you mention. We are working to strengthen our management practices and have just recently implemented management and new supervisor training to ensure that our employees in management roles have the tools and best practices to perform to their full potential. When we see gaps in performance, we identify them and work to mentor individuals who have room for improvement. I wish you the best in your career moving forward. If you would like to discuss this further, or if I can be of assistance to you, please contact me directly.
