      Makes it possible for you to avoid politics, endless meetings, and other typical corporate bs that most tech employers can't stand. Good benefits, treat their employees well. Get paid for overtime.

      Cons

      Base pay could be better. As a contract employee, when times get bad, you are the first to get laid off.
