2yThanks to steady corporate leadership and HR’s commitment to improving ENSCO’s culture, our employees voted ENSCO as a 2023 Top Workplace in six categories including Leadership, Purpose & Values, Compensation & Benefits, Work-Life Flexibility, Innovation and Technology. Our HR department consistently listens to employees for ways to improve, even adding benefits that employees requested outside of our open enrollment period. ENSCO’s holiday schedule includes a floating holiday that was created to allow employees time to celebrate with family while still maintaining availability for our customers. We respect our contractors and appreciate their hard work and dedication; however, we are not in control of contractor benefits, including holidays. Contractor benefits are defined by their employer. We are disappointed that your experience at ENSCO wasn’t a positive one, but it truly seems to be the exception rather than the norm. We wish you nothing but success in your future career endeavors.
