Environment and people are friendly. Plenty of company outings to please employees. 200 hours of total paid time off a year. (This is what makes most people stay.)
Cons
Promotions are base on time spent there and nothing else, and when they do come, the pay raises are negligible. They will pay you as little as possible as long as they can.
