Pros
I loved the people I worked with and my immediate supervisor was very friendly, respecting, and helpful. It was like working with my best friends every day! 200 PTO hours and half day fridays! Plus lots of OT encouraged (almost mandatory) to help your paycheck.
Cons
Upper management completely "picks favorites" and unless you're one of those favorites its not gonna be a good time. I was repeatedly told to "come back in 2 weeks" when it came to getting a pay raise and a promotion, but was still required to do work out of my pay grade. The company does not value their low-level employees that make up the majority, by taking away company holiday parties because the company is "too big to support that many people" but still giving their favorite departments yearly "meetings" in a paid offsite location.
