good benefits, flex hours. half day Fridays (when you're not doing OT)

-Blindly taking on as much work as possible. Gotta bring them numbers up! -Hope you like circles because every corner gets cut -Training is lacking at best, if not outright non-existent -Over-hire underpaid and unexperienced employees purely as bodies to randomly throw at whatever's available -"Help" is either late, ineffective, or straight up sets the projects back -Look elsewhere. You're probably worth more both in pay and as a person
