Pros
The ability to work fulling remote means that I can seamlessly transition to different teams all around the country within the company. Each team that I have been a part of has been very friendly and helpful with the transition.
Cons
PTO is banked on 200hrs per year, this includes national holidays. On average you get less days off than almost anywhere unless you don't take off. 401k only matches 3%.
