There are no pros at all, this is an awful place to work. No future here, just misery and despair. Dead end job.
Cons
1. Most disorganized company I have ever seen. 2. Incompetent, amateurish, and dishonest management. 3. Angry, unsatisfied workforce. 4. Virtually no training to do your job. 5. Coworkers are very discourteous and unhelpful. 6. Miserable working conditions. 7. Most of the time spent on the road in hotels. 8. No resources or tools provided to perform your job.
