Pros
-Industry-leading machines -Great Benefits, Insurance, 401k match are great. (PTO policy could be a bit better) -Good, open communication -Minimal micromanagement -Staff/Co-workers are generally good
Cons
-Terrible work/life balance, FSEs are routinely away from home M-F every week which makes it hard with kids/spouse -PTO policy is a bit small, especially compared to other offerings. -The better you are at your job, the more work you get. If you bust your a** to get things done, you just end up having to go somewhere else vs being able to get home a day or so early. No real motivation do put forth extra effort as it just gets you more work. -No vertical movement for FSEs. You get your 2-3% raise every year and that's about it. Good FSEs should keep their eyes out as most other manufacturers will give a 20% bump to move over.
