Pros

Fully remote job, Medical insurance, Courses

Cons

Salary below market, and no options to get a higher salary even if you perform well in a project they force you to do the extra job on another projects in order to get a higher salary. If you’re lucky enough to get assigned to a good project with good people, you’ll work without stress. But if you end up on a project with a toxic team or management, it becomes hell and no one will actually care, they just pretend to. So many people are not in the right positions, they spend the whole day on meaningless calls and force you to do the same. They abuse you and if you give an answer or escalate, they give you bad feedback, while you can’t give bad feedback about them.
