Pros

Competitive Compensation: Offers good pay, which is a major attraction. Work Flexibility: Many roles allow for work-from-home, though this can depend on your specific project. Positive Interview Process: Some candidates report a well-structured and positive interview experience

Cons

Low Job Security: A frequently cited issue. Employees report high firing rates, short-term projects, and the risk of being laid off if on the "bench" (not assigned to a project) for 2-3 months. Constant Client Interviews: You often must pass new client interviews to join each new project, adding to job uncertainty. Project-Based Stress: The nature of project work is described as unstable, with cost-cutting measures leading to further insecurity

Pros

Interesting projects, high tech standards and internal knowledge sharing, and a rich representation of all possible Slavic accents.

Cons

Engineering-first culture results in obnoxiously fragmented internal tech platforms because errybody wants to build it themselves. Not a big deal, just engineers doing what engineers will do.
