Pros

It's a stable place for most. If your safety nets don't rip, you will be fine.

Cons

If you get unlucky with a project or the clients, you have very little agency. You will feel like a scapegoat and alone. Reaching out to every suggested line of help will yield only one answer: "Deal with it"

Pros

Interesting projects, high tech standards and internal knowledge sharing, and a rich representation of all possible Slavic accents.

Cons

Engineering-first culture results in obnoxiously fragmented internal tech platforms because errybody wants to build it themselves. Not a big deal, just engineers doing what engineers will do.
