      Pros

      I had a very positive experience working at EPAM. My resource manager was exceptional — not only supporting career growth, but also providing training, valuable advice, and guidance during assessments. The company has well-structured processes and offers a variety of interesting projects. I learned a lot while working there and I am truly grateful for the experience.

      Cons

      Sometimes projects change frequently, requiring quick adaptation and short onboarding periods. This can be challenging, but if you approach it as a learning opportunity, it can actually become a positive experience rather than a drawback. Salaries are generally below market average, as EPAM is an outsourcing company.

      Pros

      You get exposure to the very latest technology, and the company is implementing it in impactful, real-world ways. Even if you're not in a tech role, you naturally build deeper understanding in the latest technologies that you may never get exposure to at other companies. Truly global. Even for employees not in global roles, you still get good visibility into the company's global scale and impact.

      Cons

      Too much process around approvals which reduces speed of execution. Asked to step-up but then insufficient support provided. Two-faced behaviors of managers has become acceptable.
