Pros

1. Good if you want to code even after 15 years of experience. Delivery Manager in their view is a glorified coder. 2. Good if you want to take risk and see how you can survive groupism and discrimination against new talent (those not belonging to old Alliance Global)

Cons

Since EPAM took over Alliance Global Services, the old management has formed a closely knit group among themselves. This close group is dangerous. They are in survival mode. They will do anything to protect their jobs. They will demote you, spoil your career or fire you if needed to save themselves. If you demonstrate any talent, this group will see it as a threat. They will find ways to get rid of you..quickly.

Pros

* Easier to find a project within the same company * You are still being paid in between project (bench) * My friend made 1K applications and could find work. But as soon as he became EPAM employee he had a project 1 week later.

Cons

* About -10-15% less paid then in average on the market
