Cons
Many people are on bench and the pipeline is dry. Many of them are getting laid off including good performers. The presales team was also fired. I saw few cases where existing employees were interviewd by the EPAM employees and were declared to be unfit which was humiliating. No leadership talk or meet since i joined. Indian leadership are powerless and might get fired soon. No cross skill training. Even if trained dont expect you will get a project.
