Company has a lot off internal programs & portals which could help you easy jump in to develop process / make your career in EPAM. - All EPAM’s clients are famous IT companies with a lot of users. This is a great experience. - A lot of relocation cases. You could start a career in Saratov(Russia) and go to Silicon Valley after 18 months - Most experienced seniority top-level team.
Cons
- Sometimes bureaucracy machine stops working correctly. Mostly cause of people which don’t like it & don’t control their processes well. - The company is 100% client-oriented. It means your opinion about anything means nothing against their wishes. Be ready for tons of legacy, crazy tasks, very non-comfortable soft-environment. - Not a place for rockstars.
