Once onboarded one defines career goals for next year or two with the manager. Based on this the manager can recommend some particular trainings or move to other project to better match one's preferences.
Cons
Salary seems to be lower than average on the market. Annual adjustment sometimes is less than the inflation rate. Quite hard to get a raise generally.
